We won’t change your domain, so you can keep your domain authority on search engines and social media. Helppo will host the web portal on Azure or AWS so we can quickly address your site’s needs. It’s the best of both worlds!
Helppo will utilize a separate web address for software development needs. This means updates and changes to the code base won’t impact your daily business operations.
Helppo tests your site after it is combined with Helppo’s software using third party QA engineers. We will not launch your site until it is officially ready!
At Helppo, we provide a quality product, but some things are out of our control. As any software engineer will tell you, sometimes sites break for seemingly no reason. If there are any unexpected issues with the Helppo integration on your site, we can easily “hide” the Helppo button until it is resolved.
